Our Accessibility Approach

Our technical accessibility target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. We use that target to guide improvements; this statement is not a claim of independent certification or a guarantee that every page is free of barriers.

Our work includes readable text and contrast, meaningful headings, labeled forms, useful image alternatives, keyboard operation, visible focus, responsive layouts, and understandable error messages. Interactive dialogs should provide appropriate focus handling and an accessible way to leave or complete the interaction. Browser zoom and assistive technology should remain usable.

Assistance and Feedback

If you encounter a barrier, contact us by phone or email. When possible, identify the page, what you were trying to do, the problem, and your preferred contact method. Sharing your browser or assistive technology may help, but it is not required to ask for assistance.

We will review accessibility reports and work to provide the information or assistance needed through an accessible method. We do not require a purchase or an account to report a barrier. Please do not send passwords, complete payment-card information, or medical documentation with a report.

Third-Party Components

Some features rely on third-party software or services. We review reported barriers affecting those features and seek an appropriate correction or alternative. Use of a third-party component is not a blanket disclaimer of our accessibility responsibilities.
