Include your order number and a description of the issue. For damage, include clear photographs and other available evidence. For nonreceipt, include tracking details and any carrier case number or confirmation. We can review the information and, where appropriate, assist with a delivery inquiry.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Refunds are limited to damage supported by proof or nonreceipt confirmed by the carrier or delivery entity, except for refunds and other remedies required by applicable law. Do not send passwords, complete payment-card numbers, card security codes, or unsolicited identity documents by email.

Contact us for account assistance or questions about inventory-interest settings. Optional inventory communications are separate from necessary account and order messages. A saved preference does not mean that a message has already been sent.

For business inquiries, identify your company, contact person, and the nature of your request. Contacting us does not itself establish wholesale approval, pricing, credit, or product eligibility.
