Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: September 13, 2026
This policy applies to purchases from Texas Oil & Gas Collective LLC, operating as TEXAS OIL & GAS or TX OIL & GAS, through https://txog.shop.
1. All Sales Are Final; No Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Refunds are limited to damage supported by proof or nonreceipt confirmed by the carrier or delivery entity, except for refunds and other remedies required by applicable law.
We do not provide change-of-mind refunds or ordinary refunds because a customer selected the wrong item, changed a preference, dislikes the taste or aroma, or did not experience an expected individual result from an accurately described, correctly fulfilled order. Opening, using, or consuming an item does not create an additional refund entitlement. It also does not extinguish a remedy that applicable law preserves.
2. Refunds for Proven Damage
A damage claim must be supported by evidence showing that the item arrived damaged or suffered a qualifying product or fulfillment problem. Contact us with your order number, a description, and clear photographs of the item and, when available, the packaging and shipping label. We may ask for reasonable additional information necessary to assess the claim.
Report the issue promptly after discovery. There is no automatic 24-hour or 48-hour forfeiture deadline in this policy. We consider reliable evidence reasonably available to the customer, and we will explain any additional evidence needed rather than treating missing original packaging as an automatic waiver of legal rights.
When proof establishes an eligible damage claim, we will issue the refund due for the affected item and any related amount required by law. You are not required to make a routine product return to obtain that refund. Do not send damaged goods to our mailing address.
3. Refunds for Carrier-Confirmed Nonreceipt
A nonreceipt refund under our ordinary policy requires confirmation from the carrier or delivery entity that the order or affected item was lost, misdelivered, or not delivered to the agreed destination. Provide the order number and tracking or delivery reference. Written carrier responses, investigation findings, or reliable official tracking findings may establish confirmation. We may obtain or verify those findings directly.
A "delivered" scan does not automatically rule out a documented misdelivery. A customer's report alone does not automatically establish a refund. We investigate the reported issue and consider the delivery entity's findings.
This confirmation requirement does not apply to goods we never shipped, to cancellation of an order by us, or where applicable law independently requires a refund or another remedy. A carrier investigation does not extend a legally applicable refund deadline.
4. Customer Cancellation Requests
Orders are final once placed; we do not promise cancellation for a change of mind. Contact us immediately to request correction of an error before fulfillment. We cannot guarantee a change or voluntary cancellation after submission.
This restriction does not affect cancellation rights that arise because we cannot ship on time, cannot fulfill the order, make a material change you do not accept, or where law otherwise provides a cancellation right. Stopping future reorder preferences does not cancel an existing submitted order. A saved reorder schedule by itself does not create an order or authorize a charge.
5. Orders We Cancel or Cannot Ship
If we cancel a paid order or decide that we cannot fulfill it, we will notify you and return the amount due for the canceled or unshipped portion. We do not retain payment for goods solely because a transaction fails an eligibility or compliance review.
If we cannot ship within the timeframe disclosed before purchase, or within 30 days after a properly completed order when no timeframe was stated, we will provide the required delay notice and the option to agree to a revised timeframe or cancel for a refund. We cancel and refund when legally required consent to further delay is not obtained.
Neither proof of damage nor carrier confirmation is required for these unshipped-order refunds. The final-sale policy does not eliminate them.
6. Incorrect, Unsafe, Recalled, or Other Nonconforming Goods
Our ordinary refund exceptions are proven damage and carrier-confirmed nonreceipt. Separately, we honor any rights and remedies required by applicable law concerning incorrect goods, material misdescription, unsafe or recalled products, unauthorized charges, or other failures to perform the contract. Those rights are not limited to visible shipping damage.
Contact us to report a problem. Do not send goods back without legally appropriate instructions. We do not require an ordinary return of a consumable product as a blanket condition for a legally required remedy.
7. Refund Amounts
An eligible partial refund covers the affected item or unfulfilled portion, related taxes, and shipping or other charges that must be returned under applicable law. When an entire order is canceled before shipment because we cannot fulfill it, we refund the full amount paid for that order, including its shipping and handling charges.
We do not impose an undisclosed restocking or refund-processing fee. We do not replace a legally required monetary refund with store credit or a voucher. An alternative resolution is used only with the customer's agreement and where lawful.
8. Refund Method and Timing
We return approved monetary refunds through the original payment method when available and lawful. If that method cannot receive the refund, we will arrange an appropriate lawful alternative without asking you to send raw card details by email.
For an approved damage or carrier-confirmed nonreceipt claim, we submit the refund to the payment provider within seven working days after eligibility is confirmed, unless applicable law requires sooner. Review of a claim is conducted promptly; this processing period is not permission to delay investigation indefinitely.
For a refund required by the FTC's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, we meet the Rule's deadline—generally seven working days from when the right to the refund arises for third-party credit-card and other covered payment methods. If a legally applicable seller-credit arrangement uses a different Rule deadline, that deadline controls. We provide the required refund confirmation. Bank posting time can differ from the date we transmit the refund, but it does not extend our deadline for taking the required refund action.
9. Address Errors and Delivery Problems
A refund is not automatically owed under our ordinary policy when a customer supplies an incorrect address, refuses delivery, or does not complete an expressly disclosed delivery requirement. We review the facts and preserve any legally required remedy. A reshipment is made only where lawful and with agreement to any additional charge.
A returned-to-sender shipment is not an invitation to return products. We do not accept ordinary returns. We also do not automatically treat a package returned to us as permission to keep money where law requires a refund.
10. Payment Disputes
You may contact us to resolve an order or billing concern. Contacting us first is encouraged, not a waiver or mandatory precondition to exercising a lawful cardholder or consumer right.
We may supply accurate order, shipping, communication, and refund records when responding to a payment dispute. We do not charge a penalty merely because a customer exercises a protected dispute right or provides an honest review.
